Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role is listed as remote from Arizona state only, which means SiteMinder requires you to be legally based and residing in Arizona, USA. This is not a location-independent or globally remote position — nomads living outside the US or outside Arizona will not qualify without employer-sponsored relocation or an existing Arizona address.

For digital nomads already based in or eligible to work in the US, the role does offer genuine remote flexibility. Enterprise SaaS sales roles like this often allow async communication for internal collaboration, but expect client-facing calls to align with North American business hours (Mountain Time Zone), limiting full schedule flexibility.

  • Visa note: This is a US-based W-2 role. Non-US citizens would require an H-1B or O-1 visa; tourist or digital nomad visas do not permit US employment.
  • Work style: Heavy outbound prospecting and executive presentations suggest a structured, calendar-driven workday rather than a fully async lifestyle.
  • Perks relevant to nomads: No explicit coworking stipend or equipment budget mentioned, though equity and well-being initiatives add long-term value.

If you're seeking a fully location-flexible, globally remote role, this specific posting does not fit the nomad lifestyle. Look for SiteMinder roles posted without a state restriction, or explore hospitality SaaS companies with explicit global remote policies.
