Traveler-Friendly Insight

Remote-First, But Schedule-Dependent: This role is permanently remote and pays in USD — a major plus for LATAM-based digital nomads. However, it is not async-friendly. The position requires real-time phone calls, inbound lead response, and live customer interactions aligned with US business hours (likely Eastern, Pacific, and Central time zones given the three US office locations). Expect to work roughly 9 AM–6 PM US Eastern or similar, which translates to practical morning/afternoon hours in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras, and Venezuela.

Nomad Lifestyle Fit: While the role is remote, the live-call nature means you must have a stable internet connection (25 Mbps+), a quiet workspace, and reliable power backup — this limits true location flexibility. Shared coworking spaces or cafés with inconsistent connectivity are risky. A fixed base with strong infrastructure (e.g., Medellín, Bogotá, Mexico City, San José CR) is more practical than constant travel.

USD Salary & Cost of Living: Although no specific salary is stated, USD compensation stretches significantly in LATAM:

  • Medellín, Colombia: ~$800–$1,200/month covers a comfortable lifestyle
  • Mexico City, Mexico: ~$1,000–$1,500/month for mid-level comfort
  • San José, Costa Rica: ~$1,200–$1,800/month for a decent quality of life

The internet allowance is a minor but helpful perk. No coworking or travel stipend is mentioned.
