Breakthrough is looking for a Senior Creative & Web Designer to work on a contract basis (10–30 hours/week, with potential for full-time hire). Your primary responsibilities will include a zeal to live and share life with those around you — to better understand the human condition, its unique struggles and strengths — and for each individual client, an excitement to make lives better, to understand and improve others' pain points and weaknesses, and to help them grow and change the world via their web, creative, and digital experiences.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable (currently live) web design portfolio
- Demonstrable creative direction (or demonstrable passion for it) — we are working with you for your expertise and would love for you to do what you do best; we will provide the content, goals, and materials, and we would love for you to create the experience
- Mobile & responsive design
- UI/UX design experience
- Figma / Sketch experience (or comparable web design tool to provide to devs for buildout)
Pluses:
- Brand design
- Illustration, icon, and vector design
- Formal education in (or love for) art or design
- Love for colors, typography, patterns, and psychology
