MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Program Control Analyst to join our team. This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assists in drafting budget reports and helps prepare materials for cost-benefit evaluation studies.
- Follows established standard operating procedures to update and maintain financial management databases.
- Prepares routine status reports for senior management review and facilitates administrative coordination for the budget team.
- Provides foundational knowledge of program control protocols and supports the collection of data for financial after-action reports.
- Assists in the tracking of budget expenditures and the preparation of mission-readiness documentation.
- Supports the conversion of financial data into desired formats for dissemination among stakeholders in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
- Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in a relevant discipline or related field; a bachelor's degree can be substituted for 4 years of additional relevant experience.
- 1+ years of position-relevant experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Foundational knowledge of military budgeting processes.
- Ability to assist in the preparation of financial coordination documents.
- Familiarity with Excel.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Confidential level clearance prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $47,900–$79,200.
