Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role is 100% remote and explicitly results-oriented — Truelogic states "focus on results, not the clock," which is a strong async-friendly signal. However, as a nearshore staff augmentation company serving U.S. clients, expect significant overlap with U.S. Eastern or Central time zones (roughly 9am–5pm ET). This limits your geographic flexibility to destinations within UTC-5 to UTC-8, which aligns well with Latin America but may be restrictive for nomads in Europe or Southeast Asia.

Since the role is open to LATAM-based professionals, popular nomad hubs in the region work well:

  • Medellín, Colombia (UTC-5): Perfect timezone fit, cost of living ~$1,200–1,800/mo for a comfortable lifestyle, strong coworking scene.
  • Mexico City, Mexico (UTC-6): Vibrant tech community, ~$1,500–2,200/mo, excellent internet infrastructure.
  • Buenos Aires, Argentina (UTC-3): Excellent quality of life, ~$1,000–1,500/mo due to favorable exchange rates, though check visa requirements.

The USD-denominated salary is a major advantage in LATAM countries with weaker local currencies — your purchasing power stretches significantly. No specific equipment stipend or coworking allowance is mentioned, so clarify those in the interview. A laptop and reliable internet are listed as the only hard requirements.
