Visa note: Lemon.io does not provide visa assistance. As a contractor, you'll need to manage your own visa situation — digital nomad visas in Portugal, Spain, or Costa Rica are well-suited for this type of arrangement. Always verify local tax obligations for independent contractors.

Requirements for the Senior Ruby & React Position:
- 5+ years of overall software development experience

One of the following combinations:
Option A: React.js 2+ years and Ruby 5+ years
Option B: React.js 5+ years and Ruby 2+ years - Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is required.
Other Requirements:
- Strong technical skills: Ability to create projects from scratch with a deep understanding of application architecture.
- English communication: Advanced ability to discuss business tasks, justify decisions, communicate issues, and present yourself well on client calls.
- Self-organization: Ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision.
