Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role is listed as fully remote within the United States only, which is a meaningful constraint for digital nomads. While the job description emphasizes autonomous work habits and no micromanagement — signals of an async-friendly culture — the geographic restriction to the US likely implies US timezone availability and legal work authorization requirements.

Timezone considerations: No specific hours are stated, but customer-facing systems work at a SaaS company typically requires overlap with US business hours (ET/PT). This limits flexibility to roughly UTC-8 to UTC-5 windows — workable from Mexico, parts of the Caribbean, or Central America, but challenging from Europe or Southeast Asia.

Visa and location reality: Because the role is restricted to US-based workers, it likely requires US residency or citizenship. Digital nomads on tourist visas in other countries could technically do the work, but the employer expects a US address. This is not a globally location-independent role.

  • Mexico City: UTC-6, strong nomad infrastructure, affordable — a viable base if you hold US work authorization
  • Puerto Rico: US territory, same legal footing, lower cost of living than mainland US cities

No travel perks, coworking stipends, or equipment allowances are explicitly mentioned. If true location independence is your goal, look for roles explicitly open to "Anywhere in the World" without a US-only restriction.

  • Work with Services, Success, and Support teams to identify manual processes that can be automated
  • Scope, plan, recommend, and deliver system solutions that help these teams meet their Objectives and Key Results
  • Play a leading role in the exploration, design, build, delivery, and support of a redesigned and improved Customer Hub

This role lives at the heart of how we Make Your Mark: you'll treat systems administration as a discipline — automating, documenting, and fixing root causes so the same issues don't recur. You'll administer access and configuration as the security controls they are, protecting the company and the data customers trust us with.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Salesforce CRM and related customer experience systems expert — someone who can see the big picture and future state, but has a keen eye for details. You will have a knack for spotting opportunities to improve systems and processes, and are excited to work cross-functionally to make it happen.

If you're looking for an opportunity to learn more, do more, and become more, then becoming a Business Systems Administrator is the career path for you!
