Traveler-Friendly Insight

Remote-Friendly but Timezone-Anchored: This role is explicitly remote, but it comes with a real constraint — you must work EMEA business hours. The entire purpose of the role is to eliminate the friction caused by US-based coordination across the Atlantic. That means a Bangkok or Bali base won't work here; you'll need to be reliably available during European working hours (roughly UTC+0 to UTC+3).

Best nomad bases for this role:

  • Lisbon, Portugal – UTC+0/+1, ideal timezone alignment. Cost of living around $1,800–$2,500/month for a comfortable lifestyle. Portugal's Digital Nomad Visa (D8) is a strong option for non-EU citizens.
  • Tbilisi, Georgia – UTC+4, slight stretch but manageable for early mornings. Very low cost of living (~$1,200–$1,600/month). Georgia offers a 1-year "Remotely from Georgia" program with straightforward entry.
  • Warsaw, Poland – UTC+1/+2, perfect EMEA alignment. Cost of living ~$1,500–$2,200/month. EU base with excellent infrastructure and coworking scene.

Visa considerations: EU citizens have full freedom of movement across EMEA. Non-EU candidates should target countries with digital nomad visa programs. The UK hint in the job suggests the company may have a presence there, potentially enabling sponsored work arrangements.

No travel perks are explicitly mentioned in the posting, but the role involves supporting EMEA partner events, which may include occasional travel to industry events across Europe.

About the Role

The Partner Concierge serves as the primary operational interface for partner field teams — both sales and technical — ensuring they receive timely support, alignment, enablement, and communication. You will play a central role in strengthening relationships with partner sellers and their technical counterparts, supporting joint go-to-market execution, driving sales and technical enablement sessions, and enabling early-stage opportunity progression across the EMEA region.

NetBox Labs is seeking a highly motivated Partner Concierge to support and scale our rapidly expanding partner ecosystem across EMEA. We partner with some of the largest Systems Integrators in the world. These partners have standardized on our products and incorporated the NetBox Labs platform into their Reference Architectures, and field activity in the region is accelerating fast. This role exists to keep pace with that growth: today, EMEA coverage depends on US-based coordination, and the time zone gap creates friction with partner sellers exactly when we need to be easiest to work with.

The Partner Concierge plays a key role in facilitating the field-level relationships that turn the partnership into revenue for both NetBox Labs and the partner. This is an ideal role for an individual who excels at communication, relationship building, and operational coordination, and who wants to build a career on the strength of what they enable for others rather than what they close themselves.

This is a remote role that requires strong organization, curiosity, proactive communication, and the ability to operate independently within EMEA hours while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, the NetBox Labs field, CAMs, and Partner Teams.

What You'll Do

Partner Field Alignment & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain a list of partner field team sales and technical contacts and align them with NetBox Labs AEs based on geography, accounts, and partner tier to develop them into champions for NetBox.
  • Facilitate introductions, communication, and ongoing relationship development between partner sellers and NetBox Labs field teams.
  • Support Account Mapping activities by helping identify shared accounts, opportunities, and next steps, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Contact Partner AEs directly to arrange account mapping sessions and field marketing events.

Enablement & Partner Engagement

  • Coordinate Technical and Sales Enablement sessions, including scheduling, resource alignment, and attendance tracking.
  • Build and maintain competency profiles for partner sellers based on participation and engagement.
  • Drive consistent, structured field outreach to keep NetBox Labs top of mind with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners between CAM touchpoints.

Opportunity & Intake Operations

  • Ensure accurate, timely partner opportunity registration and maintain high CRM data quality.
  • Support Phase 0 → Pipeline transitions by tracking status, validating information, flagging stalled deals, and coordinating with CAMs.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound partner requests in EMEA, guiding partners to the appropriate internal teams.

Go-to-Market & Event Support

  • Support NetBox Labs AEs with partner intelligence, seller availability, and follow-up coordination.
  • Assist in planning and executing partner-led and NetBox Labs–hosted events across EMEA in partnership with the Events Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of sales or sales-adjacent experience in B2B tech (SDR/BDR, partner operations, sales ops, or customer success), with enough exposure to sellers to engage them credibly.
  • High technical aptitude: you learn new technology quickly and effectively. You don't need a technical background — we'll teach you the NetBox Labs platform — but you're genuinely curious about how things work, comfortable sitting in technical conversations, and confident asking questions until you understand enough to get the right information to the right people.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail in tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Comfortable navigating CRM systems and learning new tools quickly.
  • High-ownership, self-directed remote operator: able to work EMEA hours independently, follow through without close supervision, and hold the line on process and data quality, even under AE pressure.
  • Collaborative team player who partners closely with CAMs, the Global Alliances Lead, and the other Partner Concierge.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate across multiple time zones within EMEA.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) and PRM / deal-registration tooling.
  • Exposure to channel, SI, or partner ecosystems, and an understanding of how partner sellers think and what "partner-sourced" means.
  • An additional European language and/or familiarity with networking, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT.
