Traveler-Friendly Insight

Fully remote with results-based autonomy — this role is explicitly 100% remote and outcome-driven, meaning there's no clock-watching. Truelogic emphasizes "focus on results, not the clock," which is a strong async-friendly signal for nomads who want schedule flexibility.

Timezone considerations: As a nearshore partner to U.S. companies, some overlap with U.S. Eastern or Central time (roughly UTC-5 to UTC-6) is likely expected for client workshops and cross-functional sessions — even if not stated explicitly. This makes Western Europe (e.g., Lisbon, UTC+1) a stretch, but workable in the morning. Latin America remains the sweet spot — Buenos Aires, Medellín, Mexico City, and São Paulo all offer natural overlap.

Cost of living perspective (USD pay):

  • Medellín, Colombia: ~$1,200–$1,800/month for a comfortable lifestyle. Competitive USD pay here goes a long way.
  • Mexico City, Mexico: ~$1,500–$2,200/month. Strong digital nomad infrastructure, fast internet, coworking spaces abundant.
  • Buenos Aires, Argentina: Very affordable with the blue-dollar rate; a USD salary provides exceptional purchasing power.

Visa options: Colombia's digital nomad visa (up to 2 years), Argentina's freelancer/remote worker visa, and Mexico's FM2/FM3 temporary resident options all apply. Many LATAM countries also allow 90-180 day tourist stays, sufficient for project rotations.

No travel-specific perks like coworking stipends are mentioned, but the gear requirement is minimal — just a laptop and reliable internet.

Job Summary

Embedded in implementation pods to turn client and internal needs into clear product requirements, bridging product, delivery, and implementation teams during rollout. This role helps define workflows, prototype solutions, and shape agent behavior in real-world use.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Gather and clarify business requirements during implementations.
  • Workflow Definition: Translate ambiguous workflows into structured requirements, user stories, and briefs.
  • Prototyping: Prototype flows, prompts, and lightweight solutions to validate direction quickly.
  • Delivery Alignment: Partner with Technical Account Managers to keep implementations moving and work closely with implementation engineers to refine solutions in-market.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Identify recurring workflow patterns and feed them back into the core product.
  • Documentation: Document decisions, edge cases, and process changes as the team learns.
  • Deployment Support: Support discovery, solution design, and handoff across multiple deployments.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Product-minded but highly executional; comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong systems thinker with sharp workflow intuition — curious, technical, and hands-on with modern AI tools.
  • Able to move seamlessly between client context, product thinking, and delivery realities.
  • Experience level: Early career; approximately 1–2 years in an actual product management role (title must reflect genuine PM work, not project management relabeled).
  • AI nativeness: Must be able to prototype using AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, agent-building frameworks) and understand how agents are built and how data is passed between them.
  • Hands-on / vibe coding: Comfortable building prototypes through prompting and lightweight coding tools; no formal engineering background required.
  • Problem-solving orientation: Primary skill is translating client problems into software configuration solutions within a constrained product space.
  • Client interaction readiness: Must be comfortable in workshops and cross-functional client sessions; does not need to lead the relationship.
  • Can create structure where none exists.
  • Strong judgment with incomplete information.
  • High ownership and bias to action.
  • Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • More likely to write the playbook than wait for one.
  • Experience in product, business analysis, solutions consulting, forward-deployed, or implementation roles.
  • Comfortable with prototyping, prompting, and workflow design.
  • Likely from startup, SaaS, or technical services environments.
  • Focused on builders and operators close to delivery, rather than pure roadmap PMs.
