Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role is listed as remote work possible from Poland, with a hybrid tag — meaning you must be based in Poland for the duration of the contract. It is not a location-independent or fully distributed role, so traditional "work from anywhere" nomad arrangements are not applicable here.

The contract runs from October 14, 2026 to February 28, 2027 — roughly 4.5 months. For EU/EEA citizens who are already free to live and work in Poland, this is a viable short-term assignment. Non-EU nationals would need a valid Polish work permit before starting.

Schedule considerations: Customer service roles typically require fixed shift coverage, especially when supporting multiple European markets (Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Greek speakers are sought). Expect set working hours aligned with Central European Time (CET/CEST), limiting async flexibility.

  • Warsaw cost of living: Poland remains one of the more affordable EU countries. A monthly budget of ~€1,200–1,600 covers comfortable shared accommodation, food, and transport in Warsaw.
  • Digital nomad suitability: Low — the role requires Polish residency and likely fixed CET hours. It's better suited to someone already living in Poland seeking temporary employment.
  • Perks relevant to location flexibility: Hybrid work option means some home-office days are possible, reducing commute costs.

If you're a nomad seeking truly location-free customer service roles, look for positions explicitly advertising "work from anywhere" or those based in async-first companies.
