Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role is listed as Remote US, meaning it is geographically flexible within the United States — but the 75% domestic travel requirement fundamentally shapes the lifestyle. You will likely be on the road 3–4 days per week visiting healthcare clients, which makes traditional digital nomadism impractical for this position.

Timezone & Schedule: While the base work location is remote, the heavy domestic travel schedule means your hours are driven by client meetings and flights rather than async flexibility. Expect a largely synchronous, client-facing work cadence tied to US business hours.

Visa Considerations: The posting explicitly requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship. This rules out most nomad/tourist visa strategies — this is a US-based, US-authorized hire only.

Salary vs. Nomad Destinations: At $163,200–$224,400/year, the compensation is strong. However, given the travel intensity, maintaining a low-cost nomad base abroad is not viable. Within the US, a home base in lower cost-of-living cities (e.g., Austin TX, Nashville TN, or Phoenix AZ) can help maximize take-home pay compared to high-cost metros like NYC or San Francisco.

  • Travel perks: On-site onboarding travel is company-paid. Business travel expenses are typically reimbursed, which can offset personal travel costs.
  • Bottom line: This is a high-travel, US-anchored sales role — not suited to international nomads, but ideal for US-based road warriors who prefer flexibility at their home base between trips.
