Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role carries a major caveat for digital nomads: up to 75% travel is required. That means roughly three out of every four weeks, you'll be on-site at client healthcare facilities across the US. This is fundamentally a client-facing, travel-intensive consulting role—not a laptop-from-a-beach setup.

That said, the role is fully exempt from Qualtrics' standard office requirement, meaning your "home base" is entirely flexible within the US. Non-travel weeks are yours to work from wherever you choose domestically. This suits someone already living a high-mobility lifestyle who wants a stable US income while moving between cities.

  • Timezone: Healthcare client engagements will span US timezones (ET to PT). Expect early mornings or late evenings if you're based on the West Coast and serving East Coast clients.
  • Salary context: At $105K–$127.5K, combined with 100% covered health premiums and wellness allowances, the total compensation package is strong. However, the 75% travel requirement means lodging and meals are largely expensed — leaving more of your salary liquid.
  • Visa note: This role is US-based. International nomads would need a valid US work authorization — tourist or digital nomad visas do not apply here.

If you crave a true location-independent lifestyle with async flexibility, this role is not the right fit. But if you love the road, thrive in face-to-face executive settings, and want a strong US salary with a flexible home base, it's a compelling match.
