Traveler-Friendly Insight

Remote-First with U.S. Constraints: Rithum explicitly advertises remote-first working conditions, making this role genuinely location-flexible — but within the United States. The job is scoped to U.S.-based employees, so international nomads will find visa eligibility limited to those with existing U.S. work authorization.

Async Friendliness: The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing Operations, and an EMEA Demand Generation Manager, which implies some fixed meeting windows spanning U.S. and European time zones. Expect overlap hours roughly between 9 AM–12 PM ET to accommodate EMEA colleagues. It's not fully async, but the campaign-driven nature of ABM work allows for significant autonomous scheduling.

Salary vs. Nomad Cost of Living: The $100K–$155K base (plus ~12% bonus) goes far in popular nomad hubs for those with U.S. work authorization who choose to base domestically but travel:

  • Lisbon, Portugal: A comfortable lifestyle costs ~$2,500–$3,500/month — this salary covers 3–5x that.
  • Bangkok, Thailand: Monthly costs of ~$1,500–$2,500 mean strong savings potential, but you'd need U.S. residency to maintain the role legally.
  • Medellín, Colombia: ~$1,800–$2,800/month — highly affordable, though again, the role requires U.S.-based eligibility.

Travel-Friendly Perks: The $65/month internet stipend helps offset co-working or remote connectivity costs. There's no mention of a co-working allowance or travel budget, but the remote-first culture and generous PTO (20+ days) give flexibility for extended travel between work commitments.
