Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role is fully remote, which sounds nomad-friendly on the surface — but there are important constraints to understand before packing your bags.

  • Fixed 40-hour schedule, US Central Time (UTC-6/UTC-5): This is a live-support role requiring real-time availability via Slack and Zendesk. Afternoon/night shifts are common, which means if you're based in Southeast Asia (Philippines, Thailand, Bali), you'd be working evenings locally — manageable but not fully flexible.
  • Shifting schedule: The schedule changes depending on client assignment, so you cannot reliably plan travel around a fixed daily window. This significantly limits spontaneous timezone-hopping.
  • Equipment is provided by LevelUp, which is a plus — though traveling with company-issued hardware requires care and sometimes customs declarations.

Visa considerations: The role appears targeted at Philippines-based candidates (HMO benefit, 13th month pay are PH-specific legal requirements). Non-Philippine nationals would need to verify eligibility. Those already in the Philippines can work from home or a local coworking space without visa concerns.

Bottom line for nomads: This is a location-stable remote role, not a nomadic one. The fixed live-support hours and shifting schedule make it difficult to travel across timezones. Best suited for someone permanently based in Southeast Asia who wants remote work stability, not location independence.

Company Overview

LevelUp is a specialist agency that provides outsourcing solutions to agencies, software vendors, and website owners. For over seven years, we have successfully collaborated with a variety of companies, providing valuable technical, operational, and back-office support. We boast a large team of skilled and passionate professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality work for our clients.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Tier-1 Business Systems Support Specialist with hands-on administrator experience in both Salesforce and NetSuite. In this role, you will serve as the primary internal systems expert—going beyond basic data entry or end-user support to actively troubleshoot system configurations, manage user permissions, and resolve complex application workflows. Communicating live via Slack and Zendesk, you will keep sales and business operations running smoothly while bridging the gap between frontline teams and engineering.

  • Documentation & Process Optimization: Maintain clear administrative workflows, update system documentation, and tag support interactions to identify recurring issues.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Salesforce & NetSuite Admin Experience: Hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining both Salesforce and NetSuite as an admin (not just as a daily end-user).

  • Deep Business Application Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM architecture, and order-to-cash workflows within ERP systems.
