• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on the product for customers and company employees.
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors, as well as installers.
• Teach technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology.
• Promote and introduce product solutions through customer consultation and support for key clients.
• Market research and comparative analysis of competitor products.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners of the company.
• Test product features, write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with the rest of the team.
• Support the sales team by following up on leads in our portal.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.

• 2 or more years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation fields.
• Excellent working knowledge of intrusion, IP CCTV, and access control systems.
• Experience in installing or designing video surveillance, fire, intrusion, or other security systems.
• Experience in public speaking is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Availability to travel for business.
• An outgoing personality and ability to work independently.
