Traveler-Friendly Insight

Location Freedom: Zanda explicitly states "Work from Anywhere" and has been fully distributed from day one — this is a genuine remote-first role, not a reluctant hybrid. As a nomad, you can base yourself wherever suits your lifestyle without needing to justify your location.

Timezone Considerations: The posting mentions "agreed core hours that align to your role," which suggests some overlap windows will be expected — likely aligned to AU/NZ, UK, or North American business hours given Zanda's key markets. This isn't fully async; expect to be available for partner/vendor calls that may span multiple zones. Budget for some early mornings or late evenings depending on where you're based.

Visa & Tax Practicalities: With no country restrictions stated, you have wide flexibility. Popular options include:

  • Portugal's D8 Digital Nomad Visa (Lisbon cost of living ~$2,000–$2,800/month for a comfortable lifestyle)
  • Thailand's LTR Visa or tourist visa cycling (Bangkok runs ~$1,200–$1,800/month)
  • Colombia's digital nomad visa (Medellín ~$1,000–$1,500/month)

Lifestyle Fit: The role involves outreach, negotiations, and campaign coordination — tasks that require reliable internet and focused work blocks, but not a fixed desk. Coworking spaces in any of the above cities would suit well. No travel or equipment stipends are explicitly mentioned, so factor your own setup costs in. The role's emphasis on outcomes over clock-watching is a strong green flag for nomad life.

Are you someone who loves building relationships, spotting new opportunities, and bringing great ideas to life? We're looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to help grow Zanda's reach and connect more health professionals with the tools they need to run successful practices.

In this hands-on role, you'll manage our advertising, sponsorship, and association partnerships across international markets. From discovering new opportunities to promote Zanda and negotiating great deals to coordinating the deliverables and measuring their impact, you'll play an important part in how we grow. You'll work within our Marketing team while having the autonomy to make things happen.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and own relationships with associations, publishers, media partners, agencies, and vendors across our key international markets.

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships that increase Zanda's brand awareness and reach.

  • Evaluate and negotiate advertising opportunities, securing competitive rates, valuable placements, and partnerships that deliver results.

  • Coordinate campaigns from start to finish, working with internal teams and external partners to keep creative assets, approvals, tracking, and deadlines on track.

  • Manage Programmatic Advertising across channels such as Paid Social and Display, and support opportunities in Paid Search and emerging advertising platforms.

  • Manage campaign operations, including advertising calendars, budgets, pipelines, and vendor coordination.

  • Track and evaluate performance, using campaign data and insights to identify what's working, recommend improvements, and maximize the value of our advertising investments.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • 2–3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, media, partnerships, sponsorships, or campaign management.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, agencies, or stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to explore opportunities, discuss terms, and secure mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Experience coordinating campaigns or partnerships end-to-end, balancing multiple stakeholders, deliverables, and deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

  • A good understanding of campaign performance and the ability to use data to evaluate results and make practical recommendations, alongside experience supporting creative briefs, advertising copy, or landing-page improvements.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with professional associations, publishers, sponsorships, or media partnerships across international markets.

  • Familiarity with Paid Social, Display, Paid Search, or emerging advertising channels.

  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or project management platforms.

  • An understanding of marketing metrics such as CAC, CPA, ROAS, attribution, or UTM tracking.

  • Experience in SaaS, HealthTech, or using AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows.

Who You Are

  • A natural relationship builder. You enjoy connecting with people, creating genuine partnerships, and aren't afraid to negotiate or ask for a better deal.

  • Proactive and resourceful. You spot opportunities, take initiative, and find ways to move things forward without waiting to be asked.

  • Organized and detail-oriented. You can juggle multiple moving pieces while keeping track of the small details that make a big difference.

  • Someone who takes ownership. You're comfortable making decisions, following through on commitments, and being accountable for outcomes.

  • Adaptable and collaborative. You enjoy working with different people, navigating changing priorities and company direction, and finding solutions along the way.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Work from Anywhere: We've been a fully distributed team from the start — no offices, no commute, just great people from all over the world doing meaningful work together.

  • Flexibility & Autonomy: We care about outcomes, not clock-watching. Outside of agreed core hours that align to your role, your time is yours — whether that's doing the school run or squeezing in a midday gym class.

  • Generous Paid Time Off: Balance matters. We offer paid time off and expect you to take it — because rest fuels great work.

  • High Trust, Results Driven: We strip away red tape so you can focus on impact. No pointless meetings or rigid hierarchies — just space to move fast, solve problems, and make a difference.

  • Growth & Innovation: You'll be encouraged to experiment, stretch your skills, and bring your bold ideas to the table. Everyone at Zanda contributes to shaping what's next.

  • Inspiring Teammates: You'll work alongside passionate, curious people who support and cheer each other on — even across time zones. Collaboration is how we win.

  • Meaningful Impact: Everything we build helps health professionals spend less time on admin and more time helping patients. Your work will directly improve lives.

  • Competitive Pay: We hire the best people — wherever they are — and we make sure they feel valued and well-rewarded for the work they do.
