Traveler-Friendly Insight

Global Remote Opportunity: This role is listed as open to candidates anywhere in the world, making it a strong candidate for digital nomads seeking a fully remote position with a fast-growing B2B SaaS company headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.

Async vs. Sync Work Style: The job posting emphasizes self-direction, ownership, and the ability to take projects from idea to delivery with minimal oversight — all strong indicators of an async-friendly culture. However, cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams may require some timezone overlap with São Paulo (GMT-3). Nomads in Lisbon (GMT+1) would have a 4-hour gap — manageable with a shifted morning schedule. Bangkok (GMT+7) presents a larger 10-hour difference, which may require flexible late-afternoon availability. Medellín (GMT-5) is only 2 hours behind São Paulo, making it an excellent base for this role.

Visa Considerations: With no explicit country restrictions, options are broad:

  • Portugal — Digital Nomad Visa (D8) suits long stays; Lisbon coworking scene is thriving.
  • Colombia — Digital Nomad Visa available; Medellín offers low cost of living and great infrastructure.
  • Thailand — LTR Visa (Long-Term Resident) or tourist visa with border runs; Bangkok is affordable but timezone overlap is a challenge.

No travel perks such as coworking stipends or equipment allowances were mentioned in the posting. Prospective applicants should clarify equipment and home-office support during the interview process.
