Lead Product Manager at Kiss My Apps - Remote — Columbus
Traveler-Friendly Insight
This role is fully remote with no stated timezone restrictions, making it highly attractive for digital nomads. Kiss My Apps explicitly states you can work from "anywhere in the free world," and the only optional offices are in Kyiv and Warsaw — completely voluntary.
Timezone flexibility: No fixed hours or overlap windows are mentioned, suggesting a largely async-friendly culture. However, product leadership roles typically require some synchronous collaboration with engineering, marketing, and design teams, so expect occasional overlap with Eastern European business hours (EET/EEST, UTC+2/+3).
Nomad-friendly perks include:
- Equipment provided regardless of location and geography — no need to negotiate a hardware stipend.
- 40 days of paid time off and sick leave with no fixed dates — ideal for structuring long stays abroad.
- Annual professional development budget (up to 50% of conferences) — useful for industry meetups wherever you travel.
Cost-of-living context: Since no salary is disclosed, benchmarking is approximate. Lead PM roles at AI-first mobile product companies typically command $80,000–$140,000+ annually. At that range, a nomad in Lisbon (~$2,000–2,500/mo cost of living), Bangkok (~$1,200–1,800/mo), or Medellín (~$1,200–1,600/mo) would live very comfortably. Many of these countries offer digital nomad visas suited to remote employees.
Overall, this is a strong nomad-compatible role — flexible, equipment-covered, and location-independent.

Kiss My Apps is a platform company uniting 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products, 100+ million users, and its own ecosystem of analytics, payment, and marketing solutions.
KMA products are global leaders in the utilities, lifestyle, and health & fitness niches — AI Remodel, Printer, Botan, Calorie Counter, and more. These are products that hold top-1 positions in the App Store and serve communities of hundreds of millions of people.
Our pace is our competitive advantage. KMA grows at least 3x year over year — and we are looking for a Lead Product Manager who will help us scale even faster.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the development of one of our AI-driven apps in a rapidly growing market. This is a role with full ownership of the product result — from shaping product strategy to scaling growth channels.
Our products already have a proven product-market fit and significant potential for multiplied growth. Your task is to find and optimize a working unit economy, build a systematic process of product experiments, and scale the product through product development and performance marketing.
This role is for someone who wants not just to maintain an existing product, but to drive its scaling, impact key business metrics, and build a product with the potential to become a flagship in its niche.
Your Responsibilities:
Define product and growth strategy for scaling.
Find and stabilize the product's unit economics: pricing, paywall, retention, acquisition, and key product metrics.
Build a systematic process of product experiments to grow revenue and scale the product.
Manage the product team and set clear product development goals.
Work closely with marketing to scale traffic acquisition (Meta, CPA networks, and other channels).
Make key product decisions: strategy, positioning, monetization, roadmap, and team development.
What We Expect from You:
Experience working with mobile apps and understanding of the mobile market specifics.
Practical experience scaling products or launching new products with measurable growth results.
Strong expertise in product analytics and unit economics.
Understanding of performance marketing and experience working with paid traffic channels (Meta, CPA networks, etc.).
Experience working with subscription monetization models.
We'll be a great match if you are not afraid to make bold decisions, take risks, and always achieve your goals.
What We Offer:
Work format of your choice: fully remote from anywhere in the free world, plus access to one of our offices if desired (Kyiv, Warsaw).
Conditions that let you focus on performance: competitive compensation that matches your skills and experience. We also provide equipment regardless of work format and geography.
Career growth through action: 80%+ of all leads at Kiss My Apps were career switchers just 2–3 years ago. Your impact here is not defined by years on your resume — it is defined by how quickly you learn, take responsibility, and own your career.
Team activities: To support our team's mental health, we offer online yoga sessions twice a week.
Development and professional fulfillment: We run internal English speaking clubs with a native speaker, and provide opportunities to speak at internal and external events hosted by Kiss My Apps. You will also have an annual budget covering up to 50% of professional conferences, educational events, and industry gatherings.
Flexible additional benefits: We provide a fixed annual budget from which you choose what to cover: 50% of health insurance, psychotherapy, sports, or dental care. Plus 40 days of paid time off and sick leave with no fixed dates attached.
Support during wartime: We ensure every team member has what they need for uninterrupted work, systematically support the Defense Forces, and participate in initiatives for Ukraine's recovery.
Important: There is an option for military deferment for those subject to military service after the probationary period, subject to properly completed military registration documents and the company's internal capacity as defined by applicable law.
