Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role is listed as fully remote within the U.S., which means it is geographically restricted to U.S.-based workers. The job listing specifies "Remote - U.S.A." as headquarters and allowed countries are limited to the United States, so international nomads or those based outside the U.S. are not eligible without a valid U.S. work authorization.

Timezone considerations: As a sales team manager, you'll lead weekly team meetings, manage day-to-day team performance, and collaborate cross-functionally — all of which strongly imply U.S. business hours (likely ET or PT overlap). This is not a fully async role; expect fixed meeting commitments several times per week.

For U.S.-based nomads: The role is workable from any U.S. state, giving you flexibility to travel domestically. The base salary of $137,000–$177,000 (with OTE up to $272,300) provides strong financial runway:

  • Austin, TX: Cost of living ~30% below NYC; comfortable lifestyle on this salary
  • Asheville, NC or Bozeman, MT: Emerging nomad-friendly U.S. hubs with lower costs
  • Puerto Rico: U.S. territory with significant tax incentives (Act 60) for high earners

The company mentions retreats and wellness perks, suggesting occasional in-person gatherings. Non-U.S. nomads should look elsewhere; this role does not support international remote arrangements.

Headquarters: Remote - U.S.A.
