Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role is listed as fully remote within the United States only — candidates must reside in one of 32 specified US states. This is a critical limitation for digital nomads: you must maintain a US-based address in an approved state, and international remote work is not supported by this posting.

Location flexibility within the US is real, but cross-border nomadism is off the table. The role doesn't specify fixed working hours, and as a senior individual-contributor-level manager in finance/equity, much of the work is likely async-compatible (analysis, compliance documentation, cross-functional coordination). However, executive-level stakeholder interactions and time-sensitive compliance tasks likely anchor you to US business hours (EST–PST range).

Salary context for US-based nomads:

  • Low-cost US states (Zone C): $147K–$202K goes significantly further in states like Tennessee, Indiana, or New Mexico — strong nomad-friendly cities like Asheville NC or Austin TX are eligible locations.
  • International slow travel is incompatible with this role's state-specific employment requirement.
  • No travel stipend, coworking allowance, or meetup budget is mentioned explicitly.

If you're a US-based nomad who rotates between domestic cities and maintains a legal address in an eligible state, this role works well. For internationally mobile nomads, look for roles that explicitly allow work from any country.
