Traveler-Friendly Insight

This is an on-site, flight-based role — cabin crew positions are the opposite of remote work. You will be physically present on aircraft operating out of Hong Kong, with no option for location-independent or work-from-home arrangements.

That said, this role has a unique travel upside that most jobs cannot offer:

  • Free flights for you, friends, and family on the HK Express network — a tangible perk for anyone with a passion for travel across Asia.
  • Irregular schedules and layovers mean you will experience destinations across Asia firsthand, often including emerging and secondary cities rarely featured on mainstream travel itineraries.
  • Working with colleagues from up to 50 nationalities creates a genuinely international social environment.

Eligibility note: The role requires right of abode in Hong Kong, so this is not open to digital nomads or visa-sponsored applicants. You must already have legal residency in HK.

If you are a travel enthusiast seeking a remote-friendly role, this position is not suitable. However, if you want to live travel as your daily work, cabin crew roles at low-cost carriers in Asia offer genuine exploration opportunities — just not the laptop-on-the-beach lifestyle.

HK Express is Hong Kong's first and only low-cost carrier, always offering great value, affordable fares on one of the youngest and most modern aircraft fleets in the world.

Like you, and just like many people across Asia, we love to travel and discover new places across the world's most diverse and dynamic region. At HK Express, we're opening up new travel experiences that inspire and invigorate millions of people across the region we're proud to call home. Everything we do is focused on encouraging the spirit of adventure. Our routes provide the inspiration and spontaneity to try somewhere new, disrupting monotonous modern life. As we continue to open up new routes, often in secondary and emerging destinations, our passengers will gain access to an incredible range of places, exploring hidden gems and experiencing local cultures.

We have a diverse and vibrant team that embodies the adventurous spirit of our customers, and loves to travel too. Join us in this journey to make your career even more fulfilling and rewarding.
