This is an on-site, in-person hospitality role at The Chedi Luštica Bay in Montenegro. It is not a remote or location-independent position — as a Bellboy, you must be physically present at the hotel to assist guests, handle luggage, escort visitors, and perform valet duties.
For digital nomads or remote workers, this role is not suitable as a location-flexible opportunity. It requires fixed shift hours tied to hotel operations (likely early mornings, evenings, and weekends), and there is no async or flexible-schedule component.

Luštica Bay is a newly developed marina village near Tivat, offering stunning Adriatic scenery. The area is relatively affordable compared to Western Europe, and Montenegro has been accessible to EU and many non-EU nationals for short stays without a visa.

The Chedi Luštica Bay is the first of seven hotels within the beautiful Luštica Bay. Set on the front line of the marina, it provides a unique experience of waterfront living. A luxurious refuge within easy reach of the main marina lends to the town's superb dining experiences, lounges, conference facilities, a private beach and pool. The Chedi opened its doors in July 2018.

Front Office Department
Reporting to: Assistant Front Office Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests upon their arrival in a friendly and caring manner
- Assisting arriving and departing guests with luggage according to hotel standards to ensure guest satisfaction
- Escorting guests to their designated rooms
- Strict adherence to LQA & FTG Standards related to Front Office
- Providing explanations and information about hotel services
- Providing additional details about room amenities and facilities to ensure guest comfort
- For regular guests, if appropriate, maintaining a friendly and caring conversation
- Keeping abreast of hotel products and services as well as various tourist and business information that may be of interest to guests
- Collecting luggage from guest rooms and keeping it in a secure area until guests' departure
- Storing guests' luggage in the luggage room
- Taking care of parking guest vehicles when needed
- Handling all luggage with care
- Any other duties as assigned by a Supervisor or Manager, such as valet parking services, delivery services, transfer services, or similar
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Traits
- High School Diploma
- Basic knowledge of hotel and Front Office operations
- Basic knowledge of PMS Opera
- Full proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Previous hotel experience is an advantage
- Superb communication skills
- Ability to offer and sell hotel services
- Appealing appearance
- Driver's License – B Category with prior driving experience
