Traveler-Friendly Insight

Location Constraint: US/Canada Only. This role explicitly requires candidates to be based in the United States or Canada, which limits true location-independence. While the team operates primarily remotely, you must have a legal right to work in one of these two countries — ruling out most international digital nomad arrangements.

Remote-Friendly but Geography-Locked: The primarily remote setup is a genuine plus for those within North America. However, since marketing roles often require real-time collaboration with Sales, DevRel, and Engineering, expect core working hours aligned to US timezones (PT–ET). Async flexibility likely exists for focused work, but meetings will anchor your schedule to North American business hours.

Visa Considerations:

  • US citizens/residents can work remotely from anywhere within the country, including lower-cost states like Texas, Florida, or Colorado.
  • Canadians are explicitly included — cities like Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal offer strong tech scenes at lower costs than San Francisco.
  • International nomads would need to establish legal residency in the US or Canada first (e.g., TN visa for Mexicans, or a Canadian work permit).

Perks for Remote Workers: The work setup budget is directly useful for home office or coworking space expenses. The lunch stipend adds modest daily value. In-person off-sites mean some travel is built into the role — a perk for those who enjoy occasional team gatherings.

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager who's excited about developer audiences, open source, and building scalable growth engines. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic ownership across user acquisition, demand generation, and brand. You'll own growth initiatives end-to-end—experimenting across channels, measuring what works, and helping more developers and organizations discover Infisical.

You'll work closely with marketing, Developer Relations, Sales, and Engineering to:

  • Own and scale growth across organic social, paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing and other emerging channels.
  • Build campaigns and experiments that generate measurable pipeline while continuously improving conversion throughout the funnel.
  • Make data-driven decisions by analyzing marketing data independently to determine campaign performance and success.
  • Help shape how Infisical is positioned in the market, building a brand that developers trust and recognize.
  • Leverage AI tooling, automation, and internal workflows to move faster and increase the impact of the marketing function.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or developer marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in an early- or growth-stage startup.
  • Broad experience across multiple acquisition channels, including organic social, paid search, paid social, email, and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions, prioritize opportunities, and forecast results.
  • High ownership with the ability to operate autonomously and execute quickly without an existing playbook.
  • Strong command of AI tools, including experience using AI agents, automation, or custom workflows to improve productivity.
  • Based in the US or Canada.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to developers or technical buyers in security, infrastructure, DevOps, or developer tools.
  • Experience with influencer marketing.
  • Experience building brand awareness and category presence at an early-stage startup.
  • Hands-on experience with modern marketing tooling, automation platforms, attribution, or internal growth tooling including Hubspot, Salesforce and GA4.
  • Familiarity with open source or product-led growth go-to-market motions.
