Traveler-Friendly Insight

Location Flexibility: This role is explicitly remote-first, open to candidates across Latin America — including Argentina, Colombia, Honduras, Dominican Republic, and Uruguay. However, a US hours overlap is required, meaning you'll need to align your working day with US Eastern or Central time zones (roughly 9am–6pm EST). This significantly limits full time-zone arbitrage for nomads traveling outside the Americas.

Timezone Constraints: Working from Europe, Southeast Asia, or other non-Americas regions would be very challenging. Nomad destinations like Lisbon (UTC+1) or Bangkok (UTC+7) are essentially incompatible with this requirement. Medellín, Colombia (UTC-5) or Buenos Aires, Argentina (UTC-3) are ideal bases — both offer affordable living, strong coworking infrastructure, and are fully within the required overlap window.

Visa Considerations: If you're a Latin American national, you can work from your home country without visa complexity. Argentina's digital nomad visa and Colombia's digital nomad visa (Visa Nómada Digital) are both options if relocating within the region.

Lifestyle Fit: No travel-specific perks (coworking allowance, equipment stipend) are explicitly mentioned. The role requires team coordination and real-time collaboration, so stability over frequent travel is advisable. Best suited to a nomad with a stable base in LatAm rather than a fast-moving multi-country traveler.

BEON.tech is a nearshore talent company that embeds senior Latin American software engineers into US-based product teams, with ~200 engineers placed today. We are hiring a Business Development Manager to own our pipeline end to end: build demand, nurture qualified prospects until they are ready to buy, and close new accounts. This is a strategic leadership role: you design the growth strategy, build the systems behind it, and lead a team of 3–4 that executes it.

What You'll Do

You'll own BEON's pipeline strategy from first touch to signed deal, with demand and lead generation as the top priority. You design and prototype; your team executes and scales.

  • Design the lead generation strategy: target segments, buyer personas, channels and messaging for multichannel outbound at scale.
  • Design the lead nurturing strategy: a 1:1 re-engagement approach that turns interested prospects into discovery calls and opportunities.
  • Prototype the automations, workflows and tools behind each strategy, then hand them to the team to run and scale.
  • Set targets, coordinate and coach the team so each strategy gets executed and delivers results.
  • Grow referrals, partner channels and event-driven lead generation.
  • Step into key deals and negotiations alongside Sales and Staffing.

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years in B2B business development, lead generation or demand generation, including roles where you owned the strategy, not only the execution.
  • Background in IT staffing, nearshore outsourcing, software consulting or tech talent. You understand how engineering leaders buy.
  • Proven experience in market segmentation, ICP definition, list building and lead/data enrichment to source new prospects.
  • Track record designing pipeline strategies that delivered measurable results, both high-volume outbound and 1:1 account-based nurturing.
  • Strong command of sales automation and tooling (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist and similar): you know what's possible, what isn't, and how to build it.
  • Able to prototype automations and workflows yourself and turn them into tools your team uses to generate results.
  • Experience leading and coordinating a small team (3–4 people).
  • Fully bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Data-driven: you measure what works and adjust fast.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Zapier/Make/n8n or AI agents for sales.
  • Experience selling into the US market and an existing network of US tech buyers.
  • Lead generation at US tech events and conferences.
  • Experience designing or scaling a referral program.
  • Exposure to contract negotiation (MSAs, SOWs, rate discussions).

Benefits & Conditions

  • Ownership of BEON's growth engine, reporting directly to the founders.
  • A team to lead and the budget and tools to run real experiments.
  • Remote-first, based in Argentina/LatAm, working US hours overlap.
  • Compensation structure (base + variable on pipeline/closed deals) and seniority title to be confirmed.
