Traveler-Friendly Insight

Remote Flexibility — But US-Only: This role is remote-first and offers "work from anywhere" options, which sounds nomad-friendly at first glance. However, it is restricted to most US states and is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. This means it effectively requires US work authorization and residency, making it unsuitable for international digital nomads or those based abroad long-term.

Schedule & Async Considerations: The role involves day-to-day client leadership, RFP presentations, and cross-team collaboration — signals that suggest scheduled meetings and real-time responsiveness will be expected. Flexible schedules are listed as a benefit, but this is likely flexibility within US business hours (ET/CT/PT), not full async freedom. Nomads in APAC or European timezones would face significant overlap challenges.

Salary vs. Nomad Cost of Living: At $90,000–$115,000/year, the purchasing power is attractive if you can legally geo-arbitrage within the US (e.g., lower cost-of-living states). Internationally, this salary would go very far — but the US-only restriction prevents that officially.

  • Lisbon, Portugal: ~$2,000–$2,500/mo for comfortable living — salary would stretch well, but employment must remain US-based.
  • Bangkok, Thailand: ~$1,200–$1,800/mo — excellent value, but timezone gap (UTC+7) would conflict with US client calls.
  • Medellín, Colombia: ~$1,500–$2,000/mo — CT-adjacent timezone (UTC-5), most feasible overlap for US client work.

The ClassPass credits and flexible schedule perks add lifestyle value, but this role is best suited for US-based remote workers, not location-independent global nomads.
