Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role at NeuraFlash (Part of Accenture) has genuine remote-work potential: over half the company already works remotely, and the culture explicitly values results over clock-watching. That said, it is a US-only position — salary ranges are tied to specific US states, meaning you must be a US-based worker (or at minimum authorized to work in the US).

Timezone flexibility: The flexible culture suggests async-friendly day-to-day work, but recruiting inherently requires real-time interaction — phone screens, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations demand overlap with US business hours (primarily ET/CT/PT). Expect at minimum a 6–8 hour daily window aligned to US time zones.

Travel commitment: Up to 25% travel is noted for certain roles. For a Talent Acquisition Specialist, this is likely lower (job fairs, networking events, onboarding sessions), but be prepared for occasional domestic travel.

Salary vs. nomad cost of living (US remote worker context):

  • Lisbon, Portugal: A $90K USD salary covers a very comfortable lifestyle (~$2,500–3,000/mo), but you'd need a Portugal D8 Digital Nomad Visa and must remain a US tax resident — complex but doable for short stays.
  • Bangkok, Thailand: Monthly costs of ~$1,500–2,000 make this very affordable on this salary, though a US employer rarely supports true international relocation for a US-anchored HR role.
  • Medellín, Colombia: ~$1,200–1,800/mo living costs; attractive, but the role's real-time US hours requirement limits timezone flexibility significantly from South America.

Bottom line: this is a US-remote role, not a globally nomadic one. Best suited to US-based remote workers who want schedule flexibility within domestic borders.
