Traveler-Friendly Insight

Remote-Friendly, But U.S.-Only: This role is fully remote within the United States, which limits true location independence for international nomads. If you hold a U.S. work authorization, however, you can work from virtually any U.S. city or state — giving you flexibility to base yourself in lower-cost metros like Austin, Medellín-adjacent border cities, or even bounce between states seasonally.

Schedule & Async Flexibility: The posting emphasizes autonomy and "flexible ways of working," which is a positive signal for async-friendly culture. That said, cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and deal desk teams likely requires some overlap with standard U.S. business hours (ET/PT). Expect a hybrid-async environment rather than fully async.

Salary vs. Nomad Cost of Living: With a range of $128K–$206K USD annually, purchasing power is strong in many nomad hubs — though you must remain U.S.-based. Within the U.S., choosing cities like Tucson, AZ or Albuquerque, NM over San Francisco or NYC dramatically increases take-home value. Remote-within-U.S. roles like this pair well with geo-arbitrage inside domestic low-cost markets.

Travel-Relevant Perks:

  • Home office stipend to set up a quality remote workspace
  • Flexible PTO enabling extended travel windows between projects
  • No relocation required — work from any U.S. location

This role is best suited for U.S.-based nomads who travel domestically or take long international trips during PTO blocks.
