Your Role
Reporting directly to our Head of Partnerships/Affiliation, Hugo, you will manage and grow EverAI's affiliate marketing program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring they are consistently informed and supported
- Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring smooth integration into the affiliate program
- Monitor affiliate performance, generating reports on traffic, conversions, and ROI
- Analyze affiliate results to identify areas of improvement, optimize campaigns for better performance, and find opportunities to scale
- Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the affiliate network
- Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels, ensuring maximum conversion rates
- Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management
Hard Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies across diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid socials, etc.)
- Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
