Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role is tagged #LI-REMOTE and StackAdapt is a remote-first company, but there's a critical caveat for nomads: the Sales team is regionalized and the posting explicitly prioritizes candidates in or near London, UK. That means while you can work from home, true location independence is limited — you're expected to operate within UK timezone proximity (GMT/BST) and travel occasionally within the region for client meetings.

Timezone reality: UK-centric client relationships and occasional in-person travel requirements mean you'll need to be reliably reachable during Western European business hours. This is not a fully async role — sales pitches and stakeholder calls demand real-time availability.

Visa consideration: This role requires UK residency or the legal right to work in the UK. EU/EEA nationals will need a valid UK work visa post-Brexit. The UK does not currently offer a dedicated digital nomad visa, but the Global Talent Visa or Skilled Worker Visa may apply depending on your background.

Cost of living vs. salary: The £46,195–£63,518 base is London-market-calibrated. For reference, this comfortably covers living costs in cities like Lisbon or Medellín, but you'll likely need to remain UK-based given client travel expectations. The WeWork global membership is a genuine perk for occasional remote work from coworking spaces.
