Video Editor at Locals - On-Site Travel Brand Role — Columbus
Traveler-Friendly Insight
This is a strictly on-site role — not suitable for digital nomads or remote workers. The job posting explicitly states "full-time, on-site" in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. There is no remote or hybrid component mentioned, meaning you would need to be physically present in Nagpur on a daily basis.
For travelers and location-independent professionals, this role is not a fit unless you are willing to relocate to Nagpur long-term. Nagpur is a Tier-2 city in central India with a relatively low cost of living compared to metros like Mumbai or Bangalore, which could make the salary stretch further — but that advantage only applies if you are based there full-time.
What to look for instead: If you are a video editor seeking location flexibility, consider targeting:
- Remote-first travel content agencies or YouTube channels hiring contract editors
- Freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) for travel brand video editing gigs
- Remote video editor roles at global travel brands or creator economy companies
No travel-relevant perks such as equipment stipends, coworking allowances, or travel budgets are mentioned in this posting. The role is best suited to someone already living in or willing to move to Nagpur.
