- Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
- Tuesday to Saturday roster.
- 2+ years' experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail store.
- Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast-paced store.
- A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
