Remote Client Success Manager - US Eastern/Central — Columbus

This role is remote but heavily timezone-constrained, making it a poor fit for most digital nomads unless you permanently reside in or near the US Eastern or Central time zones. Required hours span 8 AM–8 PM ET across the week, including a late Tuesday shift ending at 8 PM ET.
Timezone reality check: Working Eastern hours from popular nomad hubs is challenging:
- Lisbon, Portugal: ET is UTC-4/5, so Lisbon would require working 1 PM–10 PM local — manageable in theory, but the Tuesday shift runs until 1 AM local time.
- Bangkok, Thailand: ET is 11–12 hours behind; working ET hours from Bangkok means a 7 PM–6 AM shift — essentially a full night schedule. Not viable.
- Medellín, Colombia: In the same timezone as ET (UTC-5), making this the most nomad-compatible option for this role.
Visa & eligibility warning: The company explicitly cannot hire via employer-of-record services or foreign payroll. You must be on US payroll, meaning you need existing US work authorization (Green Card, citizenship, or qualifying visa). This effectively limits the role to US-authorized workers, regardless of physical location.

Your Role in Our Mission:
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, people-oriented leader to serve as a Client Success Manager. This role combines relationship-building, client success support, and management responsibilities. You will work closely with our Director of Client Success, the client success team, and the UCM leadership team to coach clients in our success principles, support their teams, perform review calls via Zoom, capture happy client video testimonials, and encourage upgrades and referrals. Who We Are Looking For:

- US based, preferably in the Central or Eastern Time Zones
- Experience in client success, account management, or sales
- Positive experience with Chiropractic (Upper Cervical experience is a strong plus)
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to represent our brand professionally
- Experience leading, managing, and holding team members accountable to results
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client review calls daily (including preparation and data gathering for calls)
- Manage the client success team and drive great results
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and relational strength to every interaction
Compensation & Benefits:
- $40,000 USD base annual starting salary
- 25% commission on all upgrades ($1,000–$2,000 USD/month potential)

Employment, Payroll, and Work-Location Requirements:
Applicants must be eligible to be employed directly through UCM Practice Growth Systems' existing U.S. payroll and benefits programs.
UCM Practice Growth Systems is unable to:

Candidates residing outside the United States must be legally permitted to work from their country of residence and must disclose their country and region of residence during the application process. Employment is contingent upon confirmation that the candidate's location is supported by the company's payroll, insurance, benefits, and employment arrangements.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 8 AM–5 PM Eastern or 9 AM–6 PM Eastern
Tuesdays: 11 AM–8 PM Eastern
