We are a small team with a big business! Our customers come first, and our Customer Support team is at the forefront!

As a member of this team, you would be responsible for answering customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.

Successful applicants will begin with a two-week remote training period, following which the opportunity to work remotely is available. This is a 5-day-per-week position with shifts that may be scheduled any day from Monday to Sunday and can include evening work.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are capable of independent work and can meet expectations within deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to a daily schedule that includes taking phone calls, handling simultaneous chats, and responding to emails.
  • Engage in conversations with customers to identify and resolve issues while ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Ensure customers receive the best service possible by providing high-quality, real-time responses.
  • Complete follow-up documentation after each customer ticket.
  • Offer needs-based solutions rather than pushy sales.
  • Adapt to a 24/7 operational environment, ideal for night owls and weekend warriors.
  • Take responsibility for your own development by reviewing past interactions and proactively improving your performance.

Requirements

  • Possess a valid work permit for Canada, Finland, Spain, or the UK. Applications without this requirement will not be considered.
  • Demonstrate modern computer skills; be comfortable multitasking with G-Suite, presentation software, and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom. A willingness to learn new software is an asset.
  • Experience with a CRM like Intercom or Zendesk, text expander software, or an MMO gaming mouse is a plus.
  • Fluent professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute (please test yourself online if unsure).
  • Exhibit excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Capably multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show willingness to provide customers with a personal and supportive experience.
  • Be a creative problem solver who continuously adapts to a growing team.
