Role Description As a Virtual Financial Advisor at Thrivent, you’ll:
- Guide Christians and others who align with Thrivent’s mission and values to create and maintain their financial plans, enabling lives of service and faith.
- Meet with clients virtually to provide personal, actionable, and achievable advice and connect them to Thrivent products and programs.
- Leverage a large existing client base to help friends, family, and your natural market.
- Utilize robust tools like the Thrivent Planning Platform, Salesforce, MoneyGuidePro® and Morningstar®.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- Must have or obtain within 90 days the required licenses: Life and Health, Series 7, and Series 66.
- State insurance licensing and appointment in life, health, and variable lines of authority (or to be obtained within 90 days).
- Eligibility for securities registration and insurance licensing in all 50 states.
- Sales experience is required.
- Previous experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM), financial planning, and consultative sales models is an advantage.
- Satisfactory criminal and financial background check.

The hourly wage range for this role is $24.03-$26.44 per hour, with additional monthly sales bonuses based on performance. The base pay is determined by factors such as location, experience, skills, business needs, and market demand.
