As the Full-stack Developer you will help lead the charge of the mission to turn big ideas into blazing realities. In this role, you won't just write code — you'll shape dreams, building custom apps that delight clients and advancing the AI tools that power magic. Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing AI internal tools to supercharge our processes and take the quality of our projects to new heights.
- Creating and maintaining REST APIs written in Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework.
- Building and maintaining components in JavaScript and NextJS / React.
- Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of deliverables that turn clients into superfans.
- Implementing secure, robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborating with Product, other developers, and teams to meet challenging goals.
- Contributing to the company's culture and vision.
Requirements
- C1 English or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience developing applications with React; experience with NextJS is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience developing backend applications with Python; ideally using Django Rest.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and infrastructure as code solutions like Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services; ideally with AWS.
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining unit and integration tests.
- Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub to contribute effectively to our projects.
- A curious mindset with a passion for learning and using new technologies.
- Natural leadership skills and a drive to win and learn quickly, both as an individual and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with high-growth startups.
- Experience building products using LLMs or LLM-based agents, ideally using Langchain.
- Experience training AI models: building and cleaning datasets, setting up training pipelines, and evaluation benchmarks.
