Job Description -
- To carry out tasks related to SRAM memory design
- Should be able to take ownership of the complete SRAM compiler design flow
- Should be able to carry out SRAM memory compiler characterization
- To interact with layout resources and understand physical design issues
- Should be able to mentor junior resources
- Follow all the process and practices applicable for their designation
Skills:
Sound knowledge of SRAM memory compiler and memory instance design
Design validations e.g. Design margin closure, SA and self time analysis
Timing and power characterization
Good communication skills
Academic Credentials:
x002022; Bachelor7s or Masterx0027s degree in computer engineering/electrical engineering
