As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap and strategy for our legacy Homemade CRM, ensuring its continued success. You will collaborate closely with PHP developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to enhance and innovate our CRM solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Develop a clear and compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.

Collaboration with Development Team:

• Work closely with PHP developers to understand technical aspects, address challenges, and ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand user needs, and incorporate feedback into the product development process.
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and milestones to relevant stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the development process.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Market Analysis:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
• Use market insights to make informed decisions and contribute to the overall competitive positioning of the product.

Agile Methodology:

• Embrace agile methodologies to drive efficient and iterative product development.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the product development team.
