Empower Tutoring is looking for an Educational Consultant located in Ontario for our online tutoring company. This is a full-time, remote position. Please see hours below.
Hours:
- Regular hours: Mondays–Thursdays: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Fridays 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Eastern Time)
- Subject to potential weekend shifts (3–4 hours on either Saturday OR Sunday)

Empower Tutoring is an Ontario-based tutoring company, offering online tutoring for high-school students in Math, Chemistry, Physics, English, and more. Our team of tutors provides personalized tutoring sessions, tailored to each student they work with.
We are currently looking for a dedicated entry-level Educational Sales Consultant who is enthusiastic, high energy, and enjoys helping families with their tutoring needs.
Responsibilities
- Respond to new family inquiries
- Run phone consultations with parents
- Understand each student's needs and goals
- Recommend the right tutoring plan
- Have pricing and enrolment conversations
- Follow up with families
- Hand off new families to Student Success Managers
- Write clear notes to support tutor matching
- Keep lead records accurate and up to date
