Desired Outcome
To onboard at least one qualified company every month for each acquirer you represent.
Main Responsibilities
Works between 10am and 6pm EST.
Embraces all of Elkridge Advisors’ Core Values.
Has a mindset of self-sustainability, single-handedly finding solutions to issues.
Uses Alvanda.com and other tools to keep track of all tasks and stakeholders.
Acts as a point of contact for all clients and sends weekly updates on each project’s status.
Conducts monthly Client Satisfaction Calls with each client to assess their satisfaction with Elkridge Advisors’ services.
Pulls valuable lessons from client calls, shares them with the team, and documents them to improve services.
Maintains a deep understanding of all aspects of Elkridge Advisors’ M&A and Customer Success Departments.
Ensures all Service Level Agreements are met, identifies improvement areas, and suggests process enhancements.
Ensures all sellers are guided swiftly and professionally to a signed LOI.
Drafts LOIs from templates for each seller and sends them for review.
Identifies workflow improvement areas and recommends process improvements.
Creates SOPs based on findings, suggestions, and feedback.
Ensures correct implementation and adherence to SOPs.
Makes sure every stakeholder has access to the necessary tools, folders, and data.
Key Performance Indicators
The KPIs by which your performance will be measured weekly.
Number of companies progressed towards LOI.
Number of days from interest to LOI.
Number of recorded testimonials gathered.

Access to relevant Elkridge Advisors Group Operations Manuals.
Access to relevant Elkridge Advisors Google Drive Acquisition Operations Folders, and eventually online Acquisition CRM and software (Alvanda.com).
