About the Role
We’re building a predictable sales engine — a lead-generation function that feeds our account and operations teams with qualified opportunities every week. You’ll research, prospect, and engage potential clients across key verticals using outbound email and LinkedIn. You’ll help us turn inbound bursts of activity into a steady, proactive pipeline.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists across our key markets
Send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups (email + LinkedIn)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against target criteria
Book introductory calls or design consultations for the Account Exec team
Maintain accurate data and weekly reports on lead activity and pipeline progress
You’ll Be Great If You Have
2+ Years’ Experience In B2B Lead Generation Or Outbound SDR Roles
Excellent Written English And Confident Communication Style
Experience Reaching Out To Decision-Makers In Creative Or Corporate Sectors
High Attention To Detail, Reliability, And Consistent Follow-Through
Familiarity With CRM And Lead Tracking Tools (Any Platform)
