Regional Educator at Colgate CP Skin - Remote US Travel — Columbus
Traveler-Friendly Insight
Despite carrying a #LI-Remote tag, this role is not suitable for location-independent digital nomads. It is a heavy-travel, field-based position requiring frequent in-person visits to medical and aesthetic practices, trade shows, and open houses across a defined U.S. regional territory — including nights and weekends.
Key constraints for travelers:
- U.S.-only: You must reside in the United States, within proximity to an international airport, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license with no travel restrictions.
- Fixed territory: Travel is regional, not self-directed. Your schedule is driven by customer and business needs, not personal preference.
- No async flexibility: Weekly team calls, in-person trainings, and real-time client interactions make this a synchronous, schedule-dependent role.
- Physical requirements: Lifting 25–50 lbs rules out ultra-light packing; this is a hands-on, equipment-carrying field role.
At $75,000–$85,000/year, the salary is solid for a U.S.-based field role, but the lifestyle it demands — regional road/air travel, hotel stays, weekend work — is closer to a traveling sales professional than a flexible remote worker. If you seek true location independence, look for fully async roles in skincare education, e-learning content development, or medical communications instead.
