Traveler-Friendly Insight

Remote-first, but England-based only. This role is explicitly restricted to candidates based in England, which significantly limits flexibility for true digital nomads. You must be a UK resident — working from abroad on a tourist or nomad visa in another country would likely violate your employment terms and potentially UK tax residency rules.

Timezone constraints: As a client-facing sales role targeting UK agencies and brands, expect working hours aligned to GMT/BST (9am–6pm). The role requires occasional in-person client meetings within the region and access to London WeWork hubs, so genuine location-independence within Europe is not realistic here.

Salary in context: The £59,027–£81,162 base (plus commission) is solid for a UK-based remote sales role. For reference:

  • London: This is a comfortable mid-range salary given London's high cost of living, especially if you're remote and avoiding London rent.
  • North of England / Wales: This salary stretches considerably further — remote workers in cities like Manchester, Leeds, or Sheffield enjoy a strong lifestyle-to-income ratio.
  • Within England remotely: The work-from-home reimbursement and optional WeWork access add real value for those who want flexibility without a fixed commute.

What to look for instead if you're a true nomad: seek programmatic advertising sales roles that explicitly state "work from anywhere" or list multiple allowed countries. This role suits someone settled in England who wants remote flexibility within the UK.

  • Collaborate on high-impact pitches and proposals, helping shape campaign strategies that solve real client challenges
  • Revive and expand existing opportunities by re-engaging lapsed customers and uncovering new areas for growth
  • Maintain strong sales discipline, keeping pipeline data accurate and up to date in CRM systems
  • Leverage proven sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC) to strategically qualify, advance, and close complex opportunities

What You'll Bring to the Table:
