Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role is listed as remote-friendly with a $1,500 home office equipment stipend and explicit "full ownership of your time and schedule" — strong signals of schedule flexibility. However, there is a critical limitation for nomads: you must be currently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, and the company cannot transfer or extend employment-based visas. This effectively restricts the role to US-based workers or those with permanent US work authorization (e.g., US citizens, green card holders).

If you hold US work authorization and want to travel while in this role, the flexible schedule language is encouraging. However, the role involves active collaboration with partner sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders, which likely requires US business hours availability (Eastern or Pacific time overlap). Extended stays in radically different time zones (e.g., Southeast Asia) would be challenging.

  • Lisbon, Portugal: US citizens can stay visa-free for 90 days; cost of living is moderate (~$2,500–3,500/month). Good timezone overlap with US East Coast mornings possible in the evenings.
  • Medellín, Colombia: US-friendly, no visa needed for 90 days, cost of living ~$1,500–2,500/month. ET timezone alignment is nearly seamless.
  • Mexico City: CT timezone, easy for US partner meetings, very affordable at ~$1,800–2,800/month.

The $1,500 home office stipend and regular company offsites (NY, Paris, SF) are travel-friendly perks. Best suited to a US-authorized nomad who stays within the Americas or Western Europe.
