Overview
As a Video Remote Interpreter with LSA Video, Inc., you will be a key member of our team in facilitating language communication on a variety of assignments while having the chance to utilize the most advanced technology in the language services industry.
Responsibilities
- Interpret through web-based VRI (Video Remote Interpreting) system
- Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
- Assist clients with basic troubleshooting (refer to manager or IT department if necessary)
- Provide superior customer service
Qualifications / Experience
- Maintain compliance with any national, state, or local licensing and/or certification requirements (as applicable)
- Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct
- Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
