Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role is listed as Remote/Hybrid, with hybrid requirements tied to specific Polish cities (Warsaw, Kraków, Rzeszów). If you live outside these areas in Poland, a fully remote arrangement within the country appears viable — though the role is Poland-based, meaning you'd need to be a Polish resident for employment purposes.

Timezone considerations: Working for a global pricing team servicing multinational clients likely means some overlap with Central European Time (CET/CEST) business hours. This limits pure timezone-hopping but is compatible with Western Europe and parts of Africa or the Middle East.

Visa/residency note: This is a Polish employment contract. Digital nomad visas in countries like Portugal or Spain would not satisfy the residency requirement — you'd need to be legally working in Poland. EU/EEA citizens living in Poland are the best fit; non-EU candidates would need a Polish work permit.

Salary vs. cost of living: The 86,000–106,000 PLN range (~€20,000–€25,000/year) is reasonable for Poland but modest by Western European standards. In Warsaw, this is a comfortable mid-level income. If remote from a lower-cost Polish city like Rzeszów, purchasing power improves noticeably.

  • Travel perks: Travel industry discounts are a genuine perk for explorers — BCD Travel's network can mean access to discounted flights and hotels.
  • Flexible hours allow some schedule autonomy, useful for occasional travel within Poland or short EU trips.
