Traveler-Friendly Insight

This role is primarily field-based in the UK, with a hard requirement to be in London easily, often at short notice. That means true location-independent nomad arrangements are not compatible with this position — you'll need to be London-resident or within quick reach of the city.

Additionally, the role requires up to 25% international travel across the EMEA region, which means frequent flights to customer sites across Europe and potentially the Middle East and Africa. While this isn't a classic remote-nomad setup, the role does include:

  • Remote work setup budget — implying some home/hybrid working is expected outside of client visits
  • Monthly wellness and communication stipend — useful for coworking spaces when not in the office

For travelers already based in the UK with British citizenship or a UK work visa, this role offers meaningful EMEA travel exposure. EU nationals with Settled Status or a Skilled Worker visa could also qualify. If you're nomadic and considering settling in the UK, London itself is a major global hub — but the cost of living is high (roughly 2–3x Lisbon or Medellín), so a strong OTE package including uncapped variable compensation becomes critical to evaluate carefully before accepting.

Bottom line: this is a London-anchored hybrid role with high travel — not suitable for full-time nomads, but excellent for UK-based sales professionals who enjoy frequent travel.

Compensation at Cresta

Cresta's approach to compensation is simple: recognize impact, reward excellence, and invest in our people. We offer competitive, location-based pay that reflects the market and what each individual brings to the table.

The posted base salary range represents what we expect to pay for this role in a given location. Final offers are shaped by factors like experience, skills, education, and geography. In addition to base pay, total compensation includes equity and a comprehensive benefits package for you and your family.

This role is variable target compensation eligible. There is potential to exceed target earnings when goals are surpassed.

We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates' personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All Cresta recruiting email communications will always come from the @cresta.ai domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Cresta via other sources should be ignored. If you are uncertain whether you have been contacted by an official Cresta employee, reach out to [email protected].
