Remote Integrated Marketing Lead - Precision AQ USA — Columbus
Traveler-Friendly Insight
This role is tagged #LI-Remote, signaling a fully remote position based in the United States. However, a few important constraints apply for digital nomads and location-independent professionals.
- US-only eligibility: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, and employer sponsorship is not available. This effectively rules out non-US citizens unless they hold an existing visa or permanent residency.
- Travel requirement: Up to 10% travel — roughly 5 weeks per year — for events and conferences. This is manageable for nomads with a home base or flexible itinerary.
- Timezone flexibility: The posting does not specify required hours, but collaboration with sales teams, executives, and practice leaders implies a degree of overlap with US business hours (ET/CT/PT). Pure async work is unlikely; expect to be available during core US hours most days.
At $130,000–$160,000 USD annually, purchasing power varies significantly by nomad hub:
- Lisbon, Portugal: ~$2,500–$3,000/mo living costs — this salary provides very comfortable margins
- Bangkok, Thailand: ~$1,200–$1,800/mo — excellent savings potential, though US tax obligations still apply
- Medellín, Colombia: ~$1,500–$2,000/mo — strong lifestyle upgrade with a vibrant nomad community
No coworking or equipment stipend is mentioned. Nomad visa options would require compliance with US tax law regardless of location. Best suited to US-based nomads who travel domestically or take international trips between conference commitments.
