Campaign Marketing Manager at M3 - Remote UK — Columbus
Traveler-Friendly Insight
This role is tagged #LI-Remote, indicating it is a remote position based in the UK. For digital nomads, this means you'll likely need to be UK-based for tax, payroll, and compliance reasons — pure location-independence outside the UK is unlikely to be supported.
Timezone considerations: As a B2B marketing role requiring regular forecasting meetings with sales stakeholders and monthly marketing reviews, expect a largely GMT/BST-aligned schedule. This limits true async flexibility — you'll need to be available during core UK business hours, making destinations within UTC±2 the most practical: think Lisbon (Portugal), the Canary Islands, or parts of Eastern Europe.
- Lisbon, Portugal: Same or +1 hour from UK — highly compatible. Cost of living significantly lower than London, with a Digital Nomad Visa available for non-EU nationals.
- Warsaw, Poland: UTC+1/+2 — comfortable overlap. Affordable cost of living for a European capital.
- Tallinn, Estonia: UTC+2 — workable overlap. Estonia offers a well-known Digital Nomad Visa (e-Residency ecosystem).
Benefits like discounted gym membership and staff discount schemes are UK-centric perks and may not translate value if working abroad. No mention of coworking stipends or equipment allowances. Best suited to UK-resident remote workers rather than full-time nomads.
