Exposure 10L Vest, Black / L/XL

$120
The Exposure 10L Camera Vest is more a tool than a bag. Designed to keep you in the flow with quick access to your gear. Inspired by athletic fit of running vests and the performance of technical fishing vests, it brings your camera gear closer to your body and moves the way you do. The unique Y-Shaped form wraps naturally around your torso, creating a hybrid pack that blends the accessibility of a vest with the capacity of a 10L backpack. The unique design disperses weight between your side, front, and back, making it as comfortable to wear over a jacket at a coffee shop as it would be on the trails as your primary camera backpack. The dual Rapid Access Pockets (RAPS) give you multiple storage points on the front of your body for gear access at your fingertips. Zipper pocketing and quick-access mesh stretch pockets add extra flexibility. It’s our new favorite way to carry gear for fast and light missions.  Note: The black and desert vests both now have two zippered pockets instead of one on the front. We're updating the assets for the black vest soon

Moment Exposure 10L Vest — camera gear that stays out of your way on a hiking or city day

The gist: A backpack forces you to stop, swing it around, and dig for a lens; this vest puts your gear in front pockets at chest height so you can keep walking a trail or a street and still grab what you need.

  • Genuinely light: weighs 1.76 pounds (0.8 kg) empty, so it adds minimal load on top of a full day of hiking or city walking with a camera.
  • Weather-resistant build: uses Moment's "fast & light" coated material, useful for unpredictable travel weather — a sudden coastal drizzle or dusty trail.
  • Fits more than a camera: the back compartment has a slip pocket for a 14" laptop, tablet, or hydration bladder, plus a MagSafe charging channel running from a dedicated battery pocket — handy for an all-day shoot away from an outlet.
  • Front quick-access pockets: a zippered stretch pocket and a quick-access stretch pocket sit right on the chest straps, so lens caps, filters, or a phone don't require taking the vest off.

PetaPixel covered the vest's launch, describing it as built to keep gear "at photographers' fingertips without weighing them down" — the exact tradeoff a travel shooter wants over a traditional backpack.

Best for: travel photographers who want fast gear access on hikes, street walks, or all-day excursions without a full backpack. Skip it if: you carry heavy multi-lens kits — at 10L this is built for fast-and-light shooting, not a full studio bag's worth of gear. Runs ~$120 — check the current price before buying.
